    Set in olive groves in a very quiet conservation area, quite off the beaten track is this modern, open plan, energy efficient house, fully equipped home which offers 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, swimming pool and 1 acre of private fenced land with outdoor kitchen and BBQ.

    This is a modern house with open plan areas, the interior is cool and relaxing, there are three lounging areas, one with a Smart TV (connects to the internet) and media players including DVD and a Wii player and Wi-fi reception all through the house.

    There are three double bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms, the master has extensive views of the sea and surrounding countryside, the third with a separate family bathroom. Further to this there is a small double sofa bed in a small lounge area allowing accommodation for up to 8 persons.
    There is an extensive indoor kitchen, large range cooker, double fridge/freezer with ice maker, (filtered water).
    The utility room has a sink, water softener, washing machine and a secondary fridge freezer.
    The dining area offers direct views of the decking and pool with a ground floor view to the sea.
    Outside there is a kitchen with sink, hot and cold water, gas burners, a large BBQ with stainless steel racks and 3 shaded dining areas, better for summer evenings!
    Two large decked areas surround the pool which is 10 metres x 5 metres which also has pergolas for shade and decking areas.
    The garden is formal around the house and the remainder is a rustic olive grove, the grounds extend to 1 acre, just over 4000 square metres, this is all fenced, gated and is secure.
    The house is supplied for up to 8 months of the year by hot water thermal solar tube panels, providing all the hot water needs. The house is very well insulated in the walls and ceilings. This enables the interior to remain cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
    We are in a very quiet rural area, ideal for walkers, cyclists and anyone with an interest in nature, flora, fauna and bird watching.
    Walking and cycling guidance available. Extensive tracks and off-road routes for walking/cycling. Maps and routes available.
    Relaxation is the main attraction of this location.

    Pool is cleaned every 3rd day or as required
